As the theoretical basis for network planning, wirelesspropagation model, link budget and capacity dimensioning are expounded in detail. On the hot women's dresses basis, optimization problem which is the core problem of wireless network planning is studied.Base station location of TD-SCDMA wireless network planning belongs to multi-objective optimization. According to defect of existing base station planning model and combined with characteristic of cheap polo shirts, provided a new stratified optimization model of network planning. It’s fully considered cell breathing of Lacoste Polo Shirts network and solves the problem of the relation between coverage Lacoste Polo Shirts and capacity. In order to solve the model, proposed stratified multi-objective optimization algorithm which based on tolerance stratification and genetic algorithm. The algorithm takes into account the Lacoste Shirts planning target and requirements of coverage and capacity in TD-SCDMA network planning. Simulation results show that the algorithm can realize the best base stations location under given conditions and hast fast convergence speed.
